Five Star Experience!!! Brandy was able to get me an appointment in days not the 4-6 weeks stated by other VW dealerships. They were able to replace the front and rear brakes at zero cost to me. I have a 2021 Atlas which unfortunately comes with grinding and poor performing brakes. I have taken my vehicle to be looked at 3 times at other dealerships, their solution was to lube and resurface. I will take my business here again, despite the further distance. Thank you for your professionalism and solution. I have a very active family of 6 and it was scary driving around on brakes that were not performing properly. Faulty brakes that Volkswagen USA will not rectify themselves. Thank you again to Brandy and her team!!!
I used to go to another VW dealership for my service and had numerous horrible experiences. Found Berge through Google and I am so glad I did. I happily make the extra 15 mile drive purely based on their customer service and attentiveness. So much so that I traded in my 2017 Atlas for a brand new one. Their service dept is extraordinary! Chris always keeps me updated, and does what he can to make sure we are never left out of the loop and returned my vehicle in immaculate condition every time. They go over and beyond and because of that they will always have me as a customer.

I have never in my life been to a dealership and it literally didn't take all day. We got there late and Bob Weaver helped us with finding the vehicle we could not live with out :)! He was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The process was so fast we were done and going home with our new volkswagon atlas within 3 hours. Took a little longer in finance with Taylor Stephens because we were just shooting the bull and talking while he was working on all the paper work. he was such a nice young man.
